How to use Protégé and RacerPro to write and manage ontologies

The course admits a maximum of 7 partecipants.
|
| Objectives |
At the end of the course the partecipant will have gained the necessary skills to use Protégé to write, manipulate,
import and export ontologies in OWL-DL language. He will also being able to connect Protégé to RacerPro reasoning
services and uses them to check and classify ontologies.
|
| Studying materials |
The partecipant will equip himself with a personal notebook (at least Intel Pentium III with 256 MB RAM), where it
will be install the 3.1.1 Protégé version (freeware) and the new 1.9.1 RacerPro version (with a free use for two
months) will be installed. It’s necessary to install previously install MS Access on own notebook.
At the end of the course partecipants will be provided with the complete digital course documentation.
