On Line the sentences of Italian Court of Cassation

For Sentenze On Line Epistematica has developed the new access service to Libra documents collection which contains, beginning from January 2004, the entire legitimacy production of Supreme Court of Cassation.

The system, based on the powerful ISYS full-text engine, offers many search features among which the documents’ normative references underlining and automatic link to NIR - Norme in Rete, so to display laws and decrees in real time.

Libra offers, starting from January 2004, all sentences, writs, and interpreted and not-interpreted penal and civil decree laws in text format (seventh penal section excluded), and starting from april 2004 all original images of sentences, writs and penal and civil decree laws (seventh penal section excluded) of the Supreme Court of Cassation in Acrobat pdf format.
